I loved Clark Park!!! Beautiful summer night walking my dog around Clark Park and up Vernor to W. Grand Blvd. down to Riverside Park. I love the variety of Mexicantown resturants as well, Mexican being my favorite food....... :D

I have seen some of the Most Beautiful Men in Michigan over the years while hangin' in Clark Park... Yes, yes...I will hang regularly even now, just 'sight-seeing...'

A Sista hasn't FELT Santana sing "Black MagicWoman" until she's had Los Hermanos de la Detroit sing it 2 her... Um, um, um...

They sing,
" I've gotta Black MagicWoman...!!", not a "...Blackmagic Woman..." !
((SWOOONN...!!)) :D

See U at both the St.Patrick's Day and Cinco de Mayo Parades...!!

I LOVE DETROIT and I LIVE SW...!!
Peace.

** How does One aquire the 4 X 6 photos of Southwest, either complimentary, or to purchase?

Here are all my favorites:

-Restaurant: El Rancho
-School: Holy Redeemer
-Street: Tie between Fort St. & Michigan Ave. There's a lot of history on both of them in this neighborhood.
-Place to shop: I don't shop (seriously)
-Hang out: Clark Park, or on someone's porch
-Neighborhood: Hubbard Farms
-Memory: Being brought back to Redeemer by the police for "skipping" to go to McDonald's @ lunch, and having Father Joe ask me as I'm walking into the school, "what, you couldn't bring me an apple pie?" BEST!!
-Mural/Art: Used to be the painting on that building at Maybury Elementary, but I like that new bench on the corner of Scotten & Vernor it's very cool.
